This week was another good week, we didn't teach as many people as we did last week, but it still was a good one. Nicola Gipson (fam of 7) dropped us a few weeks ago...I don't know if I mentioned that, but we stopped by again and she said we can teach her again. I guess we were too forceful, but we taught her last night and it went well, the actual teach went way too long and my comp is still trying tot learn the ropes, so its fun.
We are working with Maria still...she is progressing spiritually and she sure is being tested. I've learned that when people are being converted, the conversion process involves lots of trials. And that's when the lord is really testing us to know if we are really that sincere and committed to follow him. I read 'conversion' in the bible dictionary and it explained it perfectly with great scriptures in Luke 22:32 and d&c 112:12-13. That is what Maria is experiencing now. Maria had a wonderful spiritual experience at church last week and the day after her dog died...and it was a test for her. So I felt it was our job to strengthen her. And shes doing a lot better than she was the first few days of the week.
We are working with a few other people and trying to get them a date. Our district goal this week is to have 7 baptismal dates!! And we have accomplished all our goals that we have set as a district this transfer. So hopefully we can do this and the Lord with provide!
I love and miss all of you!!
Cheers mates! ;)
